English Paper 2 with Abby

Okay so remember how I said roll on paper 2? Can we roll it back up and store it for later?

The paper was definitely something! I know a good few people said they really enjoyed it but if I'm gonna be honest, I preferred paper 1 by a landslide. The cultural context question was a bit weirdly worded but overall very nice and the unseen poetry was very lovely too!

The main poetry section had me shocked though…where was Heaney?! Loads of people said he would be predicted but he somehow wasn't there! I personally did the Meehan question: “Meehan uses language skilfully, to modulate and control the harshness of her critical observations”. Once again, a bit weirdly worded but the main point was it was a language question!

Macbeth was a whole other story. Not gonna lie, I died a bit on the inside when I didn't see my beautiful kingship question I had been manifesting. However you could absolutely turn the order and chaos question into a bit of Kingship! (Which I happily did after a small internal crash out x)

Overall English is finally done and dusted! For anybody studying English in the future LOOK AT THE PAST QUESTIONS!! They're your best friends and be ready to be flexible!

Now who wants to fund the massage for my hand after all of that?
